Meal Prep Sunday Instapot Burrito Bowls 1.5 lbs Chicken (I use 99% fat free) 2 cups salsa (I use Aldi fresh salsa)... 1 can organic black beans 2 cups corn Add oregano and garlic to taste Customize however you'd like Put all ingredients in instapot and cook for 12 minutes. Boom. Done. Makes 5 servings : 272 cal/28g C, 38g P,. 1g fat Egg Bake 4 whole eggs 2 cups eggs whites Mix two together and add salt and pepper 2 pkgs chicken sausage (I used apple) 1 zucchini 1 pepper 2 cups spinach Chop and put in saute pan and cover for about 8 minutes until cooked. Add veggies and chicken into 13x9 pan and spread out. Pour egg mixture ontop and cook at 350 for 40 minutes.
