OPEN to the public pelvic floor talk with drayer physical therapy with @tammie.fiscus.mussari. This is going to be a great discussion on the importance of our pelvic floor and how we can work towards reconnecting and building strength back. This will start after 9:30am camp Saturday Oct. 30th!
