We have some great specials that we are serving today and through the weekend. Are you a fan of soft pretzels? If so, these two pretzel appetizers will be a must try for you then! How does a warm soft pretzel topped with crab, spinach and artichoke dip along with a parmesan cheese blend sound? YUM! Not into seafood? For you, we have warm Short Bus amber lager beer cheese to dip your warm pretzel in. Three meatballs simmered in our in-house made marinara sauce, served on a Bri...oche roll and sprinkled with fresh parmesan cheese is one of the two sandwich specials we are offering. The other is smoked kielbasa with spicy cheese, tossed in sautéed peppers and onions and our marinara sauce as well, also served on a Brioche roll. Both sandwiches are served with kettle chips. These all would be great items to try if you want to try something "new" and "different"! One of the reasons we are so excited about these features is that almost all of these items that make up the specials can be found in our Original Italian Market. We have gift baskets of all sizes for you to choose from and our "board gifts" are items from the market decoratively displayed on one of our Original Italian Market cutting boards. The baskets are also filled with items from the market and neatly wrapped and finished off with a bow. I can assure you your gift would be the talk of the party!

It's a family affair here at the Burnham OIP or at least a mother/son duo. Maria has been with us 12 years now and could cook every meal on the menu with her eyes closed. She is one of our kitchen managers that takes great pride in the meals she prepares for all of you. Her son, Mario, has worked here for 4 years and quickly became a customer favorite this summer while working in the shed meeting and greeting all of you with our curb side service. Mario is well rounded when it comes to his OIP duties, he does everything from bussing, hosting, take-out and now serving. Fall into Autumn at the Original Italian Market! All your favorite Autumn flavors smacked into delicious goodness. The Hanks soda really took me back, it tastes just like those green caramel apple pops! Sooooo goood! ... We are teaming up with Mifflin-Juniata United Way to celebrate Restaurant Week! We have two specials that we are offering for restaurant week and excited to let you know that everything in these specials came from our Italian Market. Love our meatballs? How about 3 delicious meatball sliders, on Italian rolls with sliced Asiago cheese and served with chips? Looking for something a little different? My favorite is the Sicilian Panini. Calabrese Salami, Asiago cheese, pesto spread and an olive muffuletta on a roasted garlic Italian bread grilled to perfection and served with kettle potato chips. These specials are a must try! If you can't make it in to try one, stop in the Market and we will show you what you need to make your own at home. May even have to add a dessert to take home with it!

September 10th, is National TV Dinner day. Want to celebrate? We can help! Here at the Italian Market we have TV dinners, but ours aren't your average TV dinners! We have our own in-house made lasagna, 3 cheese manicotti and some amazing tuscan manicotti already packaged up and ready for you to take home and heat in your microwave.
