Rest in Peace Sol Stark. Sol was a Private First Class in a Dental Unit during WW2. As a member of Post 810, he was an inspiration to all of us. Sol was always ready to volunteer for any event.
Sol Stark is in the 4th row from the front, 4th from the left in this photo of the Dental Section of Medics during his WW2 service. Photo share by his son, Todd Ian Stark. RIP Sol. You set the example for all to follow.
It is with deep sadness that we have to inform our membership that World War 2 Army Veteran, Sol Stark died peacefully in his sleep, early this morning, after having had a healthy, robust, active, loving, and exceptionally giving 97 years. Sol volunteered for many community organizations but will be always be remembered for his time volunteering at the DEL VAL Veterans with Post 810 and on his time. He will be greatly missed by his family and many friends. RIP Solomon.
At this time we do not know when Post 810 will open.
