Butchs Triple Bee Ranch

Had to treat today after almost 4 years but my mite loads where going over what i'm comfortable with . I will check my mite drop in 2 day.

Some SUN. bee pics . The bee yards are getting ready for the fall flow . This is the time of year ya have to watch out for late season swarms. Bees are growing like crazy right now in these parts.

Some RUSSIAN collusion going on in the apiary. My new RUSSIAN hive. She will be in a DBL. deep next week a great add to my stock.

Now thats one mean 10 frame nuc . Guessing a virgin queen not mated yet or queenless i'll give another week till all the brood hatches till i add a queen . This was after i pulled 3 frames looking for eggs took around ten sting lost count.I put her back together and backed off a mean mean hive . I'll check her in a week .
