Behold! The humble bran muffin. Hearty, healthier, subtly sweet, delicious, and versatile! I’ve been known to add jam or fresh fruit to these. Today I added chopped dates. So good! Come in and get a real muffin.... not one of those huge dressed down cupcakes you may see in stores. I grew up eating these, fresh from my grandmother’s kitchen. Yum

Another order of my Asian slaw out the door! Cabbage, red peppers, scallions, cucumber, edamame, and more... with a ginger-carrot-miso dressing. Yum! Just a friendly reminder that you can get anything on the menu in bulk! Slaws, potato salad, hummus, soup, baked goods, salad dressings, etc. Just let me know a few days in advance.

Baking case looking good today! All baked goods are made in house That’s right, no boxed mixes, no factory made batter or dough... Muffins, scones and cookies can be sold by the dozen, just let me know a few days in advance!

This Friday’s soups: Sweet and smoky butternut squash, mushroom barley, lentil, and vegan chili! SOUPaPALOOZA!!!! All are VEGAN, most are GLUTEN FREE as well!
