Even with the weather trying to go back to winter, our first week back is looking bright with some cured steelhead trout. Friday and Saturday are getting full but we have plenty of availability for tomorrow. We also have plenty of Tex-Mex BBQ to go around on Sunday so get your orders in through the link in our bio!

Taco feasts looking strong this weekend. Masa has been a silver lining to quarantine. Being able to provide it to the community as well as partnering with @ana_caballero__ for @proyecto_tamal has been super fulfilling. purchasing 300-500 lb of corn at a time from @greenmeadowfarmpa has also been something that, as a 38 seat restaurant, we don’t often get the opportunity to do. Glad to be able to expand on this by offering masa throughout the menu as we reopen.

last night we reopened + here’s a line up of a few dishes from our new menu (check previous post for that menu). we have outdoor seating + we’re taking reservations for those seats via Resy. thank you for all the support the past few months, stayed tuned for updates + we hope to see you all soon! #philly

Putting some final touches on the reopening menu! Outdoor tables are now live on @resy for Thursday-Sunday (excluding this Sunday...we will be off site) and @caviar will be live for the same hours. We hope to add some indoor tables once we’re back in the groove. Our website and resy info will be update shortly to reflect the new changes to our program. Hope to see you all soon!

We know we’ve been quiet lately, but between the constantly changing landscape, the broken limbs and all of the new programming, it’s been a lot to navigate. we have started to compile a re-opening program we are feeling proud of. We will have more details to follow, which will include a more robust reopening schedule, starting with outdoor, takeout and @caviar delivery service, moving into extremely limited indoor as we evaluate how things go.
