Lavonne E Hoffman 47 Brownsville, PA Hoffman was taken into custody on 10/5/2020 on Felony warrants stemming from an incident on 07/27/2020. On 07/27/2020 Hoffman attempted to bite officers and resist arrest following an incident at the Dollar General store on Wood St. ... Hoffman is charged with 2 counts of Aggravated Assault on Officers, Resisting Arrest (M2), Disorderly Conduct (M3), Obstructing Highways or other Public Passages, Retail Theft, Harassment and Public Drunkenness. She was placed into the Washington County Correctional Facility.

Lawrence A Papini - 25 California, PA Lawrence Papini, has been charged with M2 Retail Theft for going into the Rite Aid and taking a can of Off bug spray and spraying his body without paying. Papini told the Rite Aid workers that he wanted to take the bug spray for a spin and after he was done he told the workers that he would return after going to the Amazon. Charges filed with MDJ Kanalis’ Office.

Christina Czegan - 20 Mt.Pleasant Borough Officers on patrol noticed a domestic dispute on the 100 block of Wood St. As the officers were investigating the incident Christina Czegan struck another person in the presence of the officers. As the officer attempted to make a lawful arrest Czegan turned and pushed the officer away and fled on foot. After a brief foot pursuit officers took Czegan into custody. As the officers attempted to walk her back to the patrol vehicle Czegan... kept attempting to pull away and flee. Czegan was checked by EMS and later transported to Washington County Correctional Facility. She has been charged with the following: Aggravated Assault on an Officer. Flight to avoid apprehension Resisting arrest Disorderly Conduct (Misdemeanor)

Katrina L Sampson - 22 Johnstown, PA Officers received a dispatch to the area of building #1 Vulcan Village for a report of a person with a gun. Officers spoke to the caller who stated that she was assaulted outside an apartment at building #1. The victim stated that this was a continuation of an incident from the downtown area. Victim stated that she was struck and dragged by her hair by the female that was later identified as, Katrina L Sampson. ... Charges for Simple Assault and harassment have been filed with MDJ Kanalis’ Office. No weapon was found or anyone identified as having a weapon.

Campbell was the host of the party. _______________________________________________________________________ Gwen K Strickler - 18 Vanderbilt, PA has been charged with Disorderly House following and incident in Vulcan Village. Strickler was the host of the party. All charges in the above incidents have been filed with MDJ Kanalis' Office.
