Due to problems with Facebook we were not able to go live last night for the Gingerbread Christmas raffle. We would like everyone to know and congratulate Lila Sedlak on winning the raffle. You prize will be shipped next week.

Today we were able to give over 300 nurses and ancillary positions appreciation gifts (tumbler with $5 to Starbucks and some candy) for the work they did this year at: 1.Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh 2.UPMC East 3.Monongahela Valley Hospital... 4.UPMC McKeesport 5. Jefferson Hospital Some will also be going to J.W Ruby Memorial Hospital next week. Thank you to everyone involved that helped us accomplish this.

A big thanks to everyone who made this possible. This year we were able to give gift boxes for our Christopher’s Gift Box Program to the Families staying at the Ronald McDonald Houses of Morgantown, Pittsburgh, and both of the houses In Philadelphia. They were filled with face masks, a fleece blanket, tumbler, lip balm, notepad, tee shirt, playing cards, and hand sanitizer.

Help us spread holiday cheer this season! Many families with health compromised children find themselves spending the holidays in the hospital caring for their loved ones. Christopher’s Gift Bag program is a way for us to give them some comforts of home during their stay.
