From Shelley Lynann Skwirut: I just want to say thank you to those who have already donated on and off Facebook we are almost halfway there. Her surgury date is May.10th so hopefully that will give us time to get funds raised for her. Myself as her foster momma and the rescue truly thank you for helping us . If u are wanting to donate and unsure about fb just message me and I can give u info on how to PayPal myself or even call and pay over the phone to the vets office.... She will be having her surgery with Wallenpaupack Veterinary Clinic under our rescue C Alley Cats of Lake Wallenpaupack. Shrimp has been diagnosed with an auto immune disease (stomatitis) a result from 2 other conditions and needs an expensive surgery to be able to manage her condition as well as after care. Please donate if you can. If you can not donate then share the post with your friends and family . See more

As we start to put COVID behind us and life returns to normal, we will be looking for volunteers to help man fundraising events and craft show booths. No experience necessary. Volunteering hours will be mainly on weekends with the occasional store table on a Friday. Need to be able to help set up and break down product displays, handle money and talk to the public. If interested please pm us for an application. Great volunteering opportunity for seniors and teens alike. Can work multiple dates or just once in a while as fits into your schedule.

Yesterday, Petunia, who was returned recently, found her forever home. We are so happy for her and her new family and hope that she enjoys all of the love and attention of being a "studio cat". You wouldn't know from her grumpy cat look just what a love she is!!

If you live in the Matamoras area, please share this post and keep your eyes out. Peppy got out tonight and we couldn't find him... It's a fenced in yard so he ...may be bunkered down somewhere under something... There are a few small holes in the fencing though, if he managed to find one of them... We looked around the block multiple times but nothing... What I'm trying to say is, please keep your eyes out for this handsome fellow. He's 16 and not in the best of health, but this was definitely not the way we expected to lose him... If you see a kitty resembling him, please contact me, Jackie or Abby on here so we can let Chris know, too And thank you Jackie for helping us look See more
