Don't let this be you tonight, if it is call us tomorrow 610-375-3320. 15 helpful tips before and after you are pulled over: (Please Share) 1) Be polite and respectful to the officer at ALL times. They are just doing their job and they will have a say in what ultimately happens. However, do not volunteer information to the officer. You have an absolute right to remain silent. ... 2) Don't drink and drive. 3) Don't admit that you were drinking. 4) Don't drive a car with an expired registration, inspection or ANY lights out. 5) Don't speed or drive like a jerk. (Follow all traffic laws) 6) Keep your driver’s license, registration, and insurance information in easy-to-access places. If you fumble around for those items, that’s going to go on the officer’s report as reasonable suspicion to do a field sobriety test.. 7) Don't refuse the breathalyzer or the blood test. It generally not worth it. 8) Don't fail to blow in the breathalyzer (they can count it as a refusal). 9) If you refuse, you will be charged like you had a BAC over .16 and will automatically lose your licence for 1 year. (Even if we get your case dismissed) 10) Stay focused on the task of driving. Although you may be able to hold a phone conversation and switch radio stations when you’re sober, don’t do it if you’ve been drinking. Your reaction time is slower, and you need all of your concentration on the road to avoid even small swerves. 11) If you insist on drinking alcohol, be smart about it. Eat enough food to have a full stomach and watch those drinks. For a 120 pound female 3 beers/shots/glasses of wine in an hour and your right at .08 (PA's legal limit). 12) Know that you are legally allowed to avoid a DUI Checkpoint as long as you can make a legal turn before the actual checkpoint. 13) Stay away from popular bars, these can be DUI traps. Police will sit there waiting for you to leave and then follow you. 14) If you do get a DUI call an attorney (Preferably us). 15) Good Luck!!!!

Just as an FYI, many insurance companies require you to submit a claim within 1 year of the date of loss. So, if you had any damage from the hail storm last year you may only have until May 21st to file your claim. Since hail damage is difficult to determine, it may be worth your while to contact your insurance company and have them send out an adjuster to double check.
