Canas Corner welcomes the soulful southern gospel sounds of Tom and Gina Toth of Humble Music Ministries. Tom and Gina are a husband and wife duo from Sharon PA spreading God's word one note at a time. If you are looking for a great way to beat the heat come on down to Canas Corner grab a snack and give them a listen. You won't be disappointed. We have an awesome event planned for July 23rd! Yes, it is a Saturday but that is because we are having an all day gospel music festival planned for you and your friends! It starts at noon and hopefully we will have beautiful weather so we can hold the event outside! Don't worry in case of inclement weather we will have it indoors! Here are the groups appearing that day: His Own Humble Ministries Ira Whitney... Katie Guthrie Dave Buchanan Band We are holding this event in conjunction with the Dave Buchanan Band, an awesome Christian band who has been at the coffeehouse before. What a better way to reach downtown Sharon and its surrounding communities than with good gospel music ranging from traditional hymns to contemporary music in the genre of K-love radio. There will be plenty of picnic foods available for your enjoyment. Best to bring your own comfortable lawn chair. For the children there will be a Christian puppeteer! How can you help? I need people distributing literature, donations of baked goods, and we also will accept monetary donations to help defray costs for such things as tent rental and refreshments. I just received a phone call from a lady who is the head of their outreach ministry at an Episcopalian church in Illionis. She received an email from our wonderful musicians, GloryWay Quartet, who were at Cana's Corner last Friday! She wanted to know what we do and how the music was. Well, of course, I praised GloryWay to the sky, all of which is true, by the way, Donnie Abraham! LOL! It was so wonderful to share how the coffeehouse ministry ended up at St. John's with the blessing of Adam Trambley. God is so good and He has blessed the ministry so much, all praise be to my Jesus! Looking forward to many more musicians and many more blessings!!

Tomorow evening at Cana's Corner we welcome back "Two For One", Greg Vanderveen and Marla Morietti. Please come for this special evening of music. We have been praying for Greg and I want us to bind together and have a special prayer for him tomorrow. I know God is able to heal, I have seen it in my whole life.
