We are pleased to offer a great program later this evening! Nutrition for Cancer Survivors - 6 p.m. Gain information about the link between nutrition, lifestyle, and cancer risk or recurrence. Other important topics include information on cancer-fighting foods, fun forms of physical activity, tips and guidelines for plant-based diets, and general healthy eating guidelines. ... Presenters: Cedar Crest College dietetic intern plus Q&A with Sodexo registered dietitians from Lehigh Valley Health Network Cancer Institute who are board certified in oncology nutrition. Cancer Support Community of the Greater Lehigh Valley is pleased to offer a special program tomorrow. Please join us for a Virtual Holistic Discussion - "Release and Forgive." The program begins at 12 p.m. Registration is required. Please visit www.cancersupportglv.org for registration information. As this calendar year comes to a close, sifting through the emotional load becomes important and relevant. In this discussion, we can help to identify which pieces are coming along with us into 2021 through forgiveness and acceptance, and which ones we will release and let go of for a fresher sense of openness.
