Coach Rich Here- I wanted to apologize for leaving class in the manner I had to tonight during kids class. I had a family emergency and wanted to let everyone know that everything is okay now. I’m sorry for any panic that I caused leaving so fast like that. Thank you everyone for your cooperation tonight during a difficult moment. We will have a group run today at 3 pm at North Moreland Park. We will meet by the main parking lot near the lake and we will start near the kids play area. Rain or shine we will be there at 3 pm. Each lap around the lake is approximately 1 mile.

We are going to start a Sanctuary Boxing running club for those who might be interested. We will be running at different locations around the area a few days a week such as North Moreland Park. We have been running together and realized how much more fun it is when we all run together rather than those boring treadmill runs or running around the park by yourself. Pay attention to this Facebook page as we will post our next run and location as well as time.

We can help with your goals this year! Our classes continue to grow each and every week because everyone is having a blast boxing! Even if you’ve never tried out a boxing class, let 2021 be the year you give it a s...hot! You will get in shape and learn how to properly defend yourself at the same time, something Planet Fitness isn’t going to teach you. Also those regular fitness boxing classes might help get you in shape but why not learn how to throw proper punches while getting in shape at the same time. If you ever need to really defend yourself those fitness boxing classes just aren’t going to do it for you. We will be finishing out 2020 the right way tomorrow morning at 9 AM! We will have class tomorrow for everybody at 9 AM this is a combined class of kids, women, and men!
