It's official, Capriotti's Sandwich Shop is reopening! When Mike and Dan heard about a Capriotti's shop 60 miles away from their current location temporarily closing down due to an untimely passing, they knew they had to step in and keep the store going. After weeks of hard work, they are just one week away from reopening their doors. Mike, Dan and their families are so excited to be able to bring back this neighborhood favorite and can't wait to share their passion, one sandwich at a time with St. Charles and the surrounding communities!

Chicken chipotle crunch might be our most under-rated sub. Then again, it's hard to compete against fresh roasted turkey or premium beef, including American Wagyu. Talk about a dilemma.
