Exciting news from Carlino Commercial Development was recently reported by the Philadelphia Business Journal. Carlino Commercial Development is now under agreement to acquire 213 acres off Sproul Road, known as the Don Guanella property, in Marple, Pa. Carlino Commercial Development plans to develop 40 acres and leave the remaining 173 acres as protected forest.

We're happy to support the East Brandywine Youth Athletics’ soccer league in the co-ed high school division. The all-volunteer, nonprofit East Brandywine Youth Athletics offers both spring and fall recreational soccer play, made affordable to area children through community partnerships.
