We had a wonderful day yesterday! Thank you to all who came out to acknowledge and commemorate World Down Syndrome Day and the twins birthday! We missed Lauren, but David had the best birthday ever seeing his friends and family throughout the day and meeting new friends as well! Even people he didn’t know took a moment to wish him a Happy Birthday...that means EVERYTHING to him and our family. Thank you to our caring and amazing team who came to work on a beautiful Sunday!... Without them, this day wouldn’t have been possible. Thank you as well to our special guests from Seth & Co. Special Brew! We enjoyed spending time with all of you...the coffee is extra special...and you’re doing an incredible job! Several bags left for sale at Carl’s. We had 180 cupcakes to start and 5 left by the end of the day! 48 gifted meals, and a donation of $400 going to Eastern PA Down Syndrome Center . Thank you for all the support you provide to those who need you most

A very big announcement...we missed it last year.....in recognition of WORLD DOWN SYNDROME DAY, AND OUR DAVID and LAUREN’S 20th Birthday ...Carl’s Corner will be open THIS SUNDAY, March 21 for special hours from 11am-7pm! SPECIAL NEEDS SUNDAY, but everyone is invited!!! We will have guests and coffee from Seth & Co. Special Brew and Duke's Delites dog treats too (all local organizations helping those with learning disabilities.) ... Those with SPECIAL NEEDS are encouraged to call in their order, or order at the counter (the right people are waiting with patience and kindness to help you)...you are also encouraged to pay for the order, but YOUR meals are FREE on Sunday...any meal deal- plus we will include the option of 4 piece chicken fingers and French Fries as a choice. There is still NO DINING IN...all food is to go and please wear masks, but more tables will be set up outside...we are just such a small place! COMPLIMENTARY CUPCAKES FOR ALL in to go boxes for David & Lauren’s birthday! Our Christmas Vacation is over...we open tomorrow!!! We’re very excited to open again (still no dining in here...we are too small and cook everyone’s food 10’ from the tables...the crew is right there too- we cannot maintain 6’ of separation!) We sure love our memories...this is a great one from last year! Happy New Year to all! This song is very fitting...hopefully, we’ll all be ok!

Merry Christmas, Everyone! You have all been gifts to us this year! Your continued patronage, friendship and support of Carl’s Corner is truly appreciated more than you’ll ever know, and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Happy Holidays and Best Wishes for a wonderful year ahead! We will be closed until January 4th, 2021.

Do you have a favorite place to eat besides Carl’s Corner? Of course you do...lots of terrific places in the Lehigh Valley! Do you have a favorite server at that place??? Go eat there Friday, December 11th, and give them an amazing gratuity!!!! We appreciate all of you, and although we haven’t had our sports orders or Moravian College patrons...we are hanging in there because of all of you, and we cannot thank you enough. We realize how truly blessed we’ve been. Other places ...haven’t been so fortunate, and those that are primarily sit down/places with waitstaff / and alcohol are feeling it more than us who have always done primarily take out since we’re so small to begin with! I am not trying to encourage spreading the virus, but if you were going out to eat anyway (safely) and you have that special place...please see them- they need you now. We’re all in this together. Give your favorite server a great gift and help that restaurant out too! See more

To the tune of Let it Snow.... Oh, the days this year have been frightful, but our customers have been delightful... We’ve worked everyday this year... we’ll be closed, we’ll be closed, we’ll be closed! ... ...Closed December 25th...reopening January 4th 2021 Thank you for being a true gift to all of us, and keeping our little corner in Bethlehem going!
