Some much needed yoga at the beach after Tartans' first weekend of racing. Virginia is a good place...

Tartans kicked off their 2016 road season at College of William and Mary. Josie gets second in the combined women's B/C road race! A week later Josie rocks a third place at UNC/duke, while Hassan finishes his first A race with the pack. Ouch. Much more to come! Also Cajer is lame because he prioritizes his career over racing. Great work by the CMU cycling team at the Green mountain stage race. The biggest stage race east of the Mississippi! Josie, Hassan, and Cajer all finished with great results in the TT and the road race!
