I work hard to do the heavy lifting for my clients when it comes to buying and selling a house in order to alleviate the stress that naturally comes with the process. This week, I closed on a listing for the Capizzi Family. I was so grateful to be a part of their journey and extremely touched to receive their testimony. After a small negotiation with the buyer we came to an agreement that was a win-win-win for us, the buyer and Coldwell Banker (Carol Anne).
