I am super excited to announce the info for this weeks Wellness Wednesday: martial arts! The class is totally free to attend and you can find the zoom link in my bio. Wednesday 1/13 @ 6:30pm. Master Pfister has been teaching self defense for over 30 years locally and nationwide. His classes are fun and energetic, and very informative. In this class you will be learning practical self defense, while understanding what will and won’t work for you. How to not be an easy tar...get and what to do in different situations will be covered. Not everyone reacts the same, and no one will remember a complicated move months after a class. Master Pfister will teach techniques and concepts that will stick with you for a long time. Hopefully you will never need any of it, but if you do, it will work! Additionally, Harry has a Kickstarter and has fundraised over $100k for Manna on Main Street food pantry in Lansdale. And will be donating our proceeds for the class as well.

2021 The question I answer most this time of year is, what is the housing market going to be like this year? and it is a great question, especially coming off such an unpredictable year! I am hoping this year we get back to some predictability, but of course for now that is unclear So, for now, here are some of the things I’ve read and found to be useful or interesting regarding our expected housing market! ... According to Realtor.com: expect seasonality to come back to the Real Estate market! Home prices expected to increase 5.7% number of home sales expected to increase by 7% mortgage rates are expected to average 3.2% throughout the year, and reach 3.4% by year end. (Still incredibly low!!) Millennials are expected to take over as move up buyers, while they search for larger homes with more space for growing families. All of this to say, 2021 is expected to be a strong market! If you are considering selling in 2021, we expect to hold a sellers market through the year. However if you can sell this spring/summer, rather than waiting for fall, I think you’ll be better off. I am happy to meet with you in person or via zoom for a seller consult!
