Archbishop Nelson Perez shared his thoughts on the upcoming #SCOTUS hearing of oral arguments in the matter of Sharonell Fulton, et al. v. City of Philadelphia. This case centers on the right of Catholic Social Services of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia to conduct its foster care program in a manner consistent with the tenets of the Catholic faith: "Essentially, we are being told that the Catholic Church must leave its faith at the door if it wants to serve those in need. But our faith compels us to do this work and we have a right to conduct ourselves according to the tenets of our faith. My hope is that the Supreme Court will rule in favor of upholding the Catholic Church’s First Amendment rights." Full text at https://www.inquirer.com//fulton-catholic-social-services-
