The Municipal Resources virtual presentations of the Chester County Fire & EMS Strategic Plan scheduled for next week have been postponed until Tuesday, September 8th & Wednesday, September 9th. We are planning for a morning and afternoon session on Tuesday, and an evening presentation on Wednesday. In March, we were hopeful to hold an important informational gathering piece for our Countywide Fire & EMS Strategic Plan, which was a public forum; due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this was unfortunately postponed. Today, we are excited to announce that we will be holding a virtual public forum as a make-up for the March forum. Please join us on June 10th at 7:00 PM to give your input of the future delivery of Fire & EMS service within Chester County. The "Nozzle Forward" class scheduled for June, has been postponed. A date is being worked on for the fall and once the final details are confirmed, we will pass them along. If you were registered and paid, payment will be returned in the near future. Any questions, please email [email protected]

Telephone community briefing, hosted by the Chester County Commissioners and leaders from the Chester County Department of Human Services. The briefing will offer guidance for individuals who are experiencing mental health and wellness challenges; for those who are concerned about loved ones of all ages who are experiencing emotional challenges; and for those who are seeking support to meet basic needs during the COVID-19 pandemic. The Committee will return all checks sent to the Association for foursomes and sponsorships. I know this was difficult for the Committee, but I fully support their decision.
