Cecil Baker + Partners is delighted to announce that our latest collaboration with Catholic Housing & Community Services of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia that broke ground Monday August 10th, 2020. St. Rita Place & Cascia Center, to be located at Broad and Ellsworth Streets in South Philadelphia, will be a new, 5-story, mixed-use, multi-family residential building that will provide 46 units of affordable housing for independent seniors. The project also includes a ground floor, 7,500 sf multi-purpose community space, for the Cascia Center.
