Mail ballots should be dropped off at your county election office, drop box locations or other designated sites. Seal the ballot in the white inner secrecy envelope that indicates official ballot. Place the secrecy envelope inside the pre-addressed outer return envelope where you must sign. Return your ballot NOW: votesPA.com/ReturnBallot --- I received my mail-in ballot but never returned it. I want to vote at my polling place . What should I do? Today the Board of Commissioners announced the distribution of grant awards to small businesses located across Centre County. Over 400 businesses received grant funding in an amount up to $30,000. In total, $6,000,000 of the CARES Act funds received by Centre County has been designated by the Commissioners for small business grants. This designation represents the largest single-purposed grant program awarded by Centre County Government in its 220 year history.
