Candace uses the CFC pool for therapy. The fin helps to keep her legs in proper alignment while she swims and has brought her relief from sciatic nerve pain. Noelle Wertz, Joan Myers and her daughter Katie and I have signed up to do the Washington County Humane Society annual Polar Plunge! It's virtual this year, so... we're doing it together down at our creek! We'll be jumping in the water at/around 6pm on Saturday, the 9th. We'll have a fire and make s'mores and hot cocoa afterwards. The CFC will be reopening on January 4th with the following schedule changes : Steph Hawley will be teaching Yoga at 9am on Mondays and Fridays , Michelle Nicholas will be teaching Ta Chi on Wednesdays 8am - 8:30 , Pilates 8:30 -9am, Yoga 9am-10am. There will not be a 10am Dance Fitness on Mondays and Fridays the month of January. We appreciate your patience as we continue to work through these challenging times.

The Chambersburg Fitness Center will be closed December 12th - January 3rd as Mandated by Governor Wolf. We will re-open January 4th.
