The Weekly Fight and Resurgence were in full force tonight. We also had a house full of little ones celebrating Haileys 7th birthday. Birthday burpees are better when you’re young.

This upcoming weekend is the weekend of Competitions! A lot of us coaches will be competing... Coach brynna, Cj and Gina will be doing the Super Total Competition at Brandywine crossfit on Saturday ... and Coach zig and Britt will be doing a strongman Competition this Sunday at the lions den. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY- have fun and ENJOY what you are doing! We all have come a long way and let's try not to compare ourselves to other people- only ourselves and our progress
