As you are aware, Governor Wolf has ordered all Non-Life-Sustaining Businesses in Pennsylvania to close as of 8:00pm Thursday March 19th. Our homebuilding business is not a Life-Sustaining-Business as defined by the Governor’s definition, so we therefore have been forced to temporarily close our business including ending all construction activities until the Order is rescinded. Today, we are taking steps to secure the worksites, as we do not know how long this Order will ...remain in effect. At this point, we do not know the impact this will have on projected settlement dates. We will keep you informed once we know when this closure ends and we can get the crews back working, and building materials delivered.
