Hello everyone I know it’s been a while since we last posted. We want you all to know we are still here our dining room is open for you to come in and enjoy a meal and return to some type of normalcy. We want to assure you we are going above and beyond State and CDC regulations to provide a safe and healthy environment for you to dine in. Recently the Governor has reduced restaurant capacity to 25% seating in an effort to stave off any surge which may be coming.... Though it hurts the industry financially we get it. We continue to sanitize and deep clean daily and hope you will come out and support your local businesses because now more than ever they are struggling to stay afloat. So we have put our menu on a QR Code to allow hands free viewing. Also please visit our new and improved website www.chatandchewcafe.com We will be adding more in store purchase options shortly. Thanks so much for the support and don’t forget we are open for dine in. At the present time we are closed on Tuesdays and reservations are strongly recommended for Saturday and Sunday.

We will be opening our doors to in door seating on Friday at 7am. We will be implementing the following guidelines in accordance with the state and CDC requirements. Only allowed 50% capacity. Employees will be screened and temperature tested prior to entering restaurant. Employees will be required to wear a mask at all times.... Social distancing will be implemented with seating six feet apart and waiting areas marked with spacing tape. Saturday and Sunday seating is by RESERVATION ONLY Hand sanitizer stations are available for your convenience. Strict sanitizatization procedures have been implemented after each seating. QR code menus (paperless) will be used accessible with your smart phone. Utilization of prepackaged portion control condiments will be used as often as possible. We have also cleaned and sanitized entire restaurant as well as new carpet and paint. Installed double filters on return and outflow air as well as cleaned and sanitized a/c duct systems. Any takeout orders will be asked to wait in vehicle until order is ready on weekends. Our hours will be from 7am to 3pm we will be CLOSED TUESDAYS. We ask you please be Kind and Patient as we navigate thru these new operational procedures as they are implemented for your and our safety and well being. Hello Chat and Chew Family We have received word today that our county will be going green as of Friday June 19th which means our dining room will once again be open to accommodate your dining pleasure and palette. In the coming days we will provide you with our new standards of operations in accordance with our state and CDC regulations and recommendations. We ask you to be patient and understanding as we navigate our way to keep you and the chew staff safe and healthy. We can’t wait to see you all and have missed you terribly. Hi everyone So as of 6/5/20 we have been informed that our county ,Monroe , will NOT be going green next week so we will continue to be here Wednesday Thursday and Friday 9am to 2pm and Saturday and Sunday 8am to 3pm for takeout and curbside pickup. Hopefully we will be looking at Friday June 19 th also Father’s Day weekend to open inside dining . We are disappointed but have no control over this. Once we know for sure what date we can open we will be posting our guidelines to adhere to the restrictions and recommendations by the state and cdc. Okay everyone I wanted to give you the latest update. Our county moves into yellow phase starting tomorrow Friday May 29th . This means no operational changes for us. We will still be offering takeout and curbside pickup Our hours are Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 9am to 2pm Saturday and Sunday 8am to 3pm... Closed Monday and Tuesday Offering our full menu and accepting all major credit cards as well as cash. We will continue these hours until we are allowed to offer dine in at which time we will lay out our reopening plans and preventive measures for keeping you safe and allowing you to enjoy your experience as you always have. Just wanted to let everyone know that we will be closed until at least April 6th Due to the Coronavirus Pandemic and because the Governor ordered Monroe County residents to stay at home , we felt it was our responsibility not to entice our customers to come out by opening for only takeout. By following the stay at home order it is our hope it will help end this Pandemic sooner and return all of us back to some type of normalcy.
