We’reeee back!!!!! We’ve missed our patients so much, and we’re thrilled to announce that we have started the process of reopening our office for treatment! If you have an appointment that was postponed or rescheduled because of the COVID-19 shutdown, you can expect to receive a call from our office within the next several weeks. Currently, we are prioritizing treatment and continuing to postpone elective procedures as well as routine exams and hygiene appointments until o...ur county moves into the Green Phase. If you are waiting on your routine cleaningstay tuned, we hope to be there soon! The comfort and safety of our patients and employees is our #1 priority. In accordance with state mandates as well as CDC and OSHA guidelines, listed below are a few changes you can expect to see in our office during this transition phase: -When you arrive, we will ask several COVID-19 pre-treatment risk assessment questions regarding your health as well as register your temperature (per CDC recommendations) with a touchless thermometer. -Upon your arrival, please clean your hands using soap and water (located in our restrooms) or with hand sanitizer, located in our waiting area. -At this time, you may choose to use our waiting area, or you may wait in your car for your appointment. If you choose to wait in your car, please call the office upon your arrival and we will contact you when your treatment room is ready. -Magazines, toys, and other difficult to disinfect items have been removed from our waiting area. -You may be asked to rinse with a 1% hydrogen peroxide solution prior to treatment. -Per the state of PA, you will be asked to wear a mask upon entering and exiting the building. -Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing and room disinfection. This might mean that you are offered fewer options when scheduling your appointment.
