Today is the birthday of George Washington, America's First President and one of the many Founding Fathers. He wrote many letters, journals, and documents during his time in public office and in private. The Fred W. Smith Library is allowing everyone a peak into some of George Washington's very own writings, and the people who surrounded him. https://www.mountvernon.org//ar/george-washingtons-papers/
