The fireworks can also be viewed on the borough's facebook page (Upland Borough DELCO PA) live feed. Streets surrounding the event will be closed to vehicular traffic... This includes Main Street between 4th and 8th as well as 7th Street between Vista and Upland Avenue starting at 7:00 pm until the end of the event which is scheduled to start at approximately 8:30 pm. Please allow yourself extended travel times due to road closures
