Please join us for a ...celebration and timed-entry tours of the School on Saturday, April 24. Speakers at the Ribbon Cutting including Columbia Borough Mayor Leo Lutz, PA State Senator Ryan P. Aument, Columbia Borough School District Superintendent Ashley Rizzo and Lancaster Chamber President Tom Baldrige. The event and timed-entry tours start at 10AM.

On Wednesday, March 3 the sun is supposed to be shining, temperatures could reach 54 degrees and the team from CHI St. Joseph Children's Health will be back on outside of the Pequea Township Police Department at 10:30AM for our next meal sharing with the Penn Manor Community. We've worked with our partners at Fuel Madness Meals to increase the number of individuals we are able to assist from 200 to 250. Each member of your household will receive 5 healthy dinners, fresh fru...it and snacks. Remember there are no income requirements to participate and we do not require individuals or families to pre-register. Just come and see us starting at 10:30AM tomorrow morning. Maybe we can't feed every resident of Penn Manor who may be hungry, but we can certainly try. The response to the Penn Manor expansion of our Crisis Meals Initiative has been tremendous. On Friday we sadly had to turn away many residents and families who were in need of assistance. The 200 meal sets we had available to share were all provided to residents and families within the first 20 minutes of our time at the Pequea Township Police Department that morning. While we know ...we are never likely to meet all the need in the community, we knew that we had to do something. Today we are excited to announce that after confirming with our meals partner (Fuel Madness Meals) we will be expanding our Penn Manor Program effective immediately. Starting with our meal sharing on Wednesday, March 3 we are increasing the number of meal sets (5 healthy meals, fresh fruit and snacks) we have available each time we visit Penn Manor from the 200 sets we have had available during our first three visits to 250 sets. That's over 1250 meals being shared with the Penn Manor Community every five days. Remember the team from CHI St. Joseph Children's Health will be back on Wednesday, March 3rd at 10:30AM outside of the Pequea Township Police Department with more meals and increased capacity. During this morning's meal sharing, we provided Penn Manor residents and families with 200 meal sets (5 healthy meals and snacks). We ran out of meal sets in just under 20 minutes. So many in our community are hurting. It's important that we all do what we can to help and care for our neighbors. Tomorrow is Sunday (2/21), we recognize it’s the first Sunday in Lent and many will be in church or joining worship services virtually. It’s also a time of crisis when many residents and families are struggling. At CHI St Joseph Children’s Health we strive to live up to Jesus’ challenge to all of us to truly love our neighbors. Tomorrow, December 26 - The team from CHI St. Joseph Child...ren's Health will be serving residents and families of the Columbia Community with our Healthy Columbia Crisis Meals Initiative. Starting at 10:30 Saturday morning, residents are able to receive meal sets including five healthy dinners prepared by our partners at Fuel Madness Meals, fresh fruit and snacks for every member of your household. There are no income requirements to participate and there is not a need to pre-register. If you have a need please come and visit us outside of our Healthy Columbia Office (401 Locust Street, Columbia). If you are physically unable to come to see at Locust Street, please call or text Kelsey at 717.823.8994 before 9:30AM to request delivery. Delivery is limited and it intended for individuals and families who are homebound.
