SHIFT reached their fundraising goal of $2,000 and with Chrisland's matching donation, that means they've raised $4,000! We are excited to witness the impact these donations will have on our community.

We are excited to announce that SHIFT can now accept donations via Facebook! You can donate via the 'Donate' button at the top of our page AND you can choose SH...IFT as your receiving organization for a Facebook fundraiser! This is wonderful because it makes donating even easier and more convenient AND Facebook doesn't collect any fees! To celebrate, Chrisland Engineering will match any donations made to SHIFT via Facebook through the end of this month, up to $2,000! We are so thankful to Chrisland Engineering for their generosity and ongoing support! We met Josh and Val Weaber when SHIFT had a booth at the Winter Wonderland Market last December and they have been a great support to us ever since. They own and operate Chrisland Engineering, a local consulting engineering firm which specializes in land planning and municipal consulting. And while their engineering services are top-notch, we think the coolest thing about this couple and their business is the heart behind it all. Chrisland Engineering provides reduced fees, or donates a portion of their fee, for all engineering services performed for a church or Christian non-profit organization. Happy National Sons Day! Did you know that Chrisland Engineering is actually named after our two sons, Christian and Landen.

Love when we have an opportunity to support our local community! On Sunday, Josh participated in the Church of the Good Shepherd Annual Golf Tournament at Fairview. Chrisland Engineering was happy to be a sponsor for the event.

With today's climate and uncertainty, Josh and Val decided that now was the time to take a leap of faith and make Chrisland Engineering a true family business. Now when you visit Chrisland Engineering (after COVID restrictions are lifted), you'll see Josh (President), Val (Vice President), and, as always, Goose our Office Manager will be here to greet you with a tail wag or a snore.... most likely a snore.
