Our 4th Semi Annual NoLimit Fitness Cardio Challenge has a winner! Congrats to Taylor Morrison for winning our Cardio Challenge! The goal was to see who could burn the most calories week by week for an entire month! He won the challenge burning a mind-boggling 24,538 calories! Something to keep in mind: for every 3500 calories burned, 1lb is lost! So he’s burned 7lbs in the last month in cardio alone!... He’s earned our $50 Gift Card for his hard work! What’s really awesome is the ripple effect he’s created! By setting the pace, other challengers have stepped FAR outside their comfort zones achieveing amazing cardio results and fitness milestones they’ve never achieved before and that’s what our challenge has always been about! As a total, we burned 71,400 calories together! Join us for our next challenge later this year! Once again, congrats Taylor Morrison for winning! #personaltrainer #personaltraining

As we close in on 100 POUNDSof weight loss in the next few weeks, we’ve been maximizing our weight training to compliment our intense cardio sessions, compl...etely switching up the routine after a few Periodization go-rounds. Now we are in the home stretch The Face Pull works our upper back complex really well. 1-2second concentric and eccentric phase for complete fatigue at the end of each set for maximum growth. There have been ups and downs, trials and tribulations, doubts, overcomers and defining moments as we all laid it out on the battlefield!! Here’s the final results of said efforts! 12. D.
