Investment closing day = 100 plus units #Citylife and Partners just closed this 14 unit deal on Pius st in Southside.. This is a great long Buy-n-Hold... with a lot of value add. I am also grateful to announce that this purchase officially puts our combined units owned to 112 units and over 100 units for the first time. This was a goal of mine that I set out to reach within 5 years and I have been fortunate enough to get there in less than half the time.
