At CKO Center City the health and wellbeing of our staff and members is our top priority, and we believe fitness is an essential part of staying healthy and well in both body and mind. When we opened our doors post covid, we did so with the utmost care, committed to serving you SAFELY. We believe in science and following the data. There is no data to support shutting down fitness centers this time around. The Philadelphia Fitness community is in danger. We need your support. ATTENTION CKO Fam!! We’ve got 2 new classes coming your way Starting 2/18 we’ve got.... Form Focus on Monday’s at 8:35. CKO Pads on Wednesday’s at 12:15, 8:35, Friday 3:15 and Sun 11:15. ... During Form Focus we will be teaching you proper technique and body mechanics so you get the most effective workouts. CKO Pads will build endurance through drills on Thai Pads that include punches, kicks, knees and elbows. Both classes will be in small Group format, so reserve your spot now since space is limited!

CHOP saved my life after a Cancer diagnosis that lasted a year long. Last March was 12 years Cancer free. I am looking to make Christmas a little brighter again for some sick kids.
