On behalf of the Clearfield Community Pool staff and management we would like to express our gratitude and appreciation to every family, child and adult who spent their summer with us. This time of year always bums us out because it’s Back to Reality. We hope everybody remains safe in there upcoming endeavors! Fingers crossed for a more normal summer next year. Once again, thank you all! We will see you in 10 short months! Until next year, -Tristen
An awesome article on our lifeguards and managers! These boys and girls work hard everyday and The Progress gave them great recognition! They love their jobs and explain just what it takes to do it! Do you have what it takes to join our team in the future?
Happy Friday! Join us this weekend for a nice splash in the pool. Dive off the diving board, catch wind off the slide or simply lay out and sunbathe. Whatever you decide, we hope to see you around! We’re open 1-8 all weekend! Stay safe Clearfield!
We love our pool rats! Our good buddy Mai Mai poses by the pool suited up as his future role! Mai Mai helps us out everyday just for fun! He’s the extra set of eyes around the pool that helps us tidy the place up. If you see him, make sure you thank him for being a good dude! He might just be an Honorary staff member but he rocks the guard fit!
In response to a recent incident of alcohol being brought into the facility, refillable mugs, tumblers, bottles and other open containers are not allowed to be brought into the facility. Only unopened cans and plastic bottles may be brought in. We reserve the right to check coolers of persons entering the facility, and any cooler in the facility. The Board of Directors plans to review these changes as well as our outside food and drink policy for 2021. Thank you for understanding the importance of this change in keeping your pool safe and family friendly. Any questions or concerns should be addressed to Board President Brian Marshall at [email protected]. -Brian Marshall, President, Clearfield Swimming Pool Association
On behalf of the Clearfield Community Pool Board of Directors and Management, we would like to inform and remind the Members and guests that our facility is STRICTLY alcohol free. Those who are in possession or under the influence of alcohol or other mind altering substances will be removed from the premises and potentially have charges filed against them. We would like the pool to remain a family friendly and safe environment for all to enjoy. We thank and appreciate everybody for complying with these rules and others we have instilled. -Clearfield Community Pool Board and Management.
Does your child know how to swim but want to go above and beyond just swimming to survive? Our new SWIM TEAM PREP program might just be the push they need to advance their skills! The page attached explains in detail what this class is about. Don’t miss this awesome opportunity! Stop at the basketroom for more details or to sign up! Act fast, space is limited
We apologize for jumping to the decision of canceling lessons this morning. When looking at the weather last night, we had feared for bad weather. In order to give the kiddos and parents a notice early rather than last minute, we decided last night. Anybody from today’s missed lesson can make it up on Monday morning.. Again, we were trying to be proactive and give an early notice rather than call people first thing in the morning or turn them away when they were already there. We goofed up as the weather turned out nice, but it was in the best interest of everybody else. With this weekends upcoming warm weather, come splash with us at the Best pool in PA! High 80s all weekend with a low chance of rain. We hope to see you all!
Due to tomorrow’s forecasted thunder storms, tomorrow mornings swimming lessons will be cancelled for tomorrow, Friday July 17th. Any child wishing to make that lesson up can do so on Monday morning. *This WILL NOT effect the swim team prep class with Leif.
We are now allowing the rental of our pavilion at the Clearfield Community Pool for parties, etc. A $75 deposit is needed to secure the rental. Two picnic tables are included, but you can bring in other chairs and tables as needed. Stop by the pool to reserve.
Just a friendly reminder that this year the locker rooms are closed for use. Please come to the pool dressed and ready to swim! Thank you!
Fletch is a super tough kid! We continue to #fightforfletch Their family is a big part of our pool family we keep them in our thoughts daily! Keep thinking about Eric and sending him good vibes!
