Please join us in welcoming the Clinton County Court's Facility Dog. His name is SSD Clark. SSD is an abbreviation of Susquehanna Service Dogs. This organization has placed many dogs throughout the state and east coast. Clark's main duty as a Facility Dog is to perform specialized tasks that will aid our Specialty Court participants. He will primarily be in the Garden Building on third floor within the Probation Office. Ed Hosler, Deputy Chief Probation Officer for the Clinton County Probation Services, will be serving as his primary handler.
