UPDATE: We have to apologize -- we were under the mistaken impression that tonight's Halloween Parade at Haven Place (24 Cree Drive, Lock Haven) was a public e...vent. It is not -- the event is specifically for residents at the home. We're sorry for our error and hope the event is a success! Meanwhile, there are plenty of other local happenings. Attached is our special ‘Halloween Events’ flyer, updated with events running through October 31 (again, please note the Oct. 30 Haven Place Halloween Parade is an internal event not open to the public).
