I do believe we have 24/7 music figured out for sure this time!!!! Enjoy!! We’re leaving it on Hard Rock radio. Something not too intense and not too soft that everyone can enjoy training to!

24/7 music updates. We have something rigged up for now but us tech-challenged people could use some help!

If the 100 lb plates are left on something one more time we’re removing them. Many members cannot move them alone. And they shouldn’t have to

Please remember that it is winter! If your shoes are wet and salty (which they probably are) please bring a different pair of shoes to workout in! Help keep the gym clean for everyone!

For those of you waiting on the key fobs to join , I promise we will reach out as soon as they’re here! Trust me we are quite upset about the companies mix up in sending us the wrong fobs ! We want you to join too!

Sooooo our Alexa idea for the speaker didn’t work as we’d like so please be patient as we get Sirius Xm hooked up instead!!! Then we will have music!!! In the meantime PLEASE be courteous of what you play on the speaker when others are in the gym!

The Club now has 24/7 music that is controlled by Justine and Joel at all times!

The Club will he closed Sunday, Nov 29th from noon until 8 pm for a professional Covid cleaning. We wanted to do this for our members to put everyone’s mind at ease and provide the most sanitary and safest environment possible! Please get your workouts in early Sunday morning and make sure you are out by noon! No one can be in contact with the cleaning materials used for a few hours after the process is complete.

If you’re coming to the Club tonight please be careful in the parking lot! We have the sidewalks shoveled and salted but it’s coming down faster than we can take care of it! We will continue to keep up on it but if you are coming thru the night please be careful!

Just letting you all know the Club is open and is NOT closing! . We are a private facility and we will ALWAYS be open to our members ! As always, if you are sick or have been compromised please stay home! (As you should for any sickness!)
