Successful day at the office for Radar and Witty! Radar finished his first Novice confidently and in first place with a 21.3 in the dressage and one green rail in sj. Clean xc kept us in the lead and I’m very proud of how much he tries. He is for sale everyone!! Helen and Witty had a wonderful relaxing day, putting in a calm dressage test with beautiful jumping rounds, bringing home the 4th place ribbon! It’s a great day when all the hard work at home comes out at the shows.

Wrapping up a busy weekend showing Rio at Ludwig’s Corner on Saturday, then Radar at Bucks County Horse Park on Sunday. Rio won several blue ribbons in the hunter rounds and was 3rd in the derby. Radar went on to be 2nd in the Novice CT. Kathy Edgar had a great outing at the HP with Elijah in the BN. Hailie Meckling and her awesome Max also came along to Ludwig’s and had a clean sweep in their EQ classes and put in a great effort in their first derby!

Pictures from today’s National Derby at Briarwood. Rio jumped his heart out, just had some green moments on course that kept us from being competitive. Really happy with his maturity in that big ring tho! Then we went out and had a 7th place ride in the fun Hunt & Go class. Thank you to Lauren and Tony Dunn for the opportunity to ride their horse at a such a great show!
