Some more Tofu history.... Agedashi Tofu is at least 250 years after old, with a recipe appearing in a 1782 recipe book called the Tofu hyakuchin ()! You’ll have the opportunity to make some this week with JSA. Join our zoom on Friday at 7:30 to discuss!

Hope everyone is enjoying their day off! This week, we’ll be gathering on Zoom to make Agedashi Tofu () ! This is a deep fried tofu dish served with a dashi broth. If you want to learn how to cook Agedashi Tofu, take a look at our video tutorial that our wonderful cultural chair Jonathan made : https://youtu.be/h2TgwuWHQTo... I’ll be back here all week with cute tofu facts as well!
