A shout out to one of our unsung heroes. I always feel incredibly thankful when I need to do something in the office and find it all nicely plowed right up to the door. And not having to shovel out the mailbox makes me incredibly happy. Thank you Jeff Nulton for all your hard work. It is noticed and much appreciated.

What is the Souper Bowl of Caring? Souper Bowl of Caring is a youth-inspired movement working across the nation to tackle hunger in their local communities. Mob...ilizing grassroots resources including churches, schools, civic groups and caring individuals, the Souper Bowl of Caring movement has created over $160 million worth of support that stays completely local. How can I participate? Collect non-parishable food items in your congregation or community. Weigh those items and report the amounts back to your district office by February 7. Also register your amount at tacklehunger.org. Then donate those items to your local food pantry (or your own church’s food pantry). Take photos of your donations and post them on Facebook with the hashtag ##souperbowlsusumc
