I wanted to share with you this amazing testimonial from one of our teammates, Michelle. This was not from exercise, unless you count her running after her 2 toddlers. She did recently start though. She’s basically a rockstar mom now! I thought she was before but now she is the one that wakes up before her kids to work out!
