Here is my latest project. I spent a week in Salt Lake City painting a sky mural on this barrel vaulted ceiling. My clients were wonderful, and it went smoothly.

I am heading to Salt Lake City to do a sky ceiling mural! We are driving along, enjoying the big sky of the Midwest. Currently outside my window is an amazing view of the Rockies!

I am so inspired by the decorative arts in the Middle East!

I am in Kuwait, painting art work in another Cheesecake Factory Restaurant. I am happy to see that Kuwait has rebuilt its self but still has the wonderful Souk Mubarakia.

I am home briefly, and soon shipping out to Grand Rapids, Michigan, and then Orlando, Florida! It is the usual fall whirlwind of jobs!

I am in Macau, China, painting another Cheesecake Factory Restaurant! Macau is an Asian version of Vegas, with many of the same name brand casinos, and huge malls. It was a protectorate of Portugal until 1999, and it is next to Hong Kong, and mainland China. It's an interesting place to be, and quite charming when you get away into the smaller towns.

This is a loft room in a large house. The cloud ceiling intersects with the closets, which will soon have sliding barn style doors.

Clifton Mansion, Baltimore, MD: Restoration of the Italian-style decorative art, summer of 2018. I was part of a team of artists and painting conservators with Thomas Moore Studios. This mansion was owned by Johns Hopkins, who is the founder of Johns Hopkins University. He is considered the first American Philanthropist.This is the second floor stairway, one part in an ongoing project of restoring the whole mansion to its former glory. This art work was under many coats of paint.

I was asked to redo the quickly painted motif at Renaissance Yoga Studio. So with a little bit of work, I transformed it into a cleaner fuller vision of its-self.

These are some hex signs I have been painting. They traditionally are put on barns for good luck and to ward off evil spirits and curses. These are 18 to 24 inches wide and are for sale for between $70 and $120.

I painted this Pennsylvania Dutch folk art piece today. It still needs a border, and I will add a glaze to age it when it is dry.

I am beginning a series of hex signs and German folk art that used to be common where I live. Now these designs, which used hang on every German barn in the area, are being printed on masonite in China. I will be selling them at a new garden store at 1213 Hanover Road, York, PA.
