Penn Gardens Baseball 15.12.2020

Happy Thanksgiving Penn Gardens Family!!

Penn Gardens Baseball 08.12.2020

Long post Alert It all Started with ONE High School Baseball Hat. That Green one right there Bubby is wearing. From PSJA Memorial Varsity Baseball Team, From... Alamo Texas. The rest have been sent by teams all over the world. We counted 135 caps but there might be some hidden in his room. Edit to add** found 4 more caps on a hat rack Bubby was Diagnosed with Cancer February 1st 2019. It was a Friday.. I'll never forget. Bubby was 7yrs old at the time. Hes now 9. Baseball is HIS LIFE. Baseball was ripped away from my son as if it was some sort of cruel punishment for bad behavior or bad grades. Every Single Cap has kept Aiden fighting and going. He has worn a different cap to every single treatment. It's a constant reminder that he is LOVED, he is surrounded in PRAYERS, he is apart of THE TEAM. When he wears these Caps, he's wearing his heart and soul. He wears them as armor of God. They protect him and shield him. These are not just Baseball Caps. These Caps are soul saving and life saving. They go far beyond what you can see. Thank you to every Single team who took the time to send Bubby a Team Hat. I will never ever be able to express enough how thankful and grateful we are for every single Cap. We are happy Aiden was approved to be back to playing baseball. He only missed out spring season 2019. He did to all games and practice though. He will hopefully be done with treatment April 2021. Thank You for Saving my son's life. And I mean truly saving his life. Thank you for saving his heart and soul. If it wasn't for Baseball, he'd probably still have undetected cancer thriving in his body. I was told he had non-cancerous cysts and they were NOT a risk to his health and to leave them as be. I used you as a tool to push to remove those "non cancerous cysts" I told them even if they're non cancerous, they ARE a risk to his health because he plays Baseball and plays catcher EVERY Game. People like to believe Baseball isn't really a contact sport. I beg to differ, some of these kids have literally broke their face, legs, arms, fingers and many more Baseball ouchies. So to me anythingggggg can happen and those "non-cancerous cysts" need to be removed, simply for the fact that he plays Baseball. Thank you Baseball for being there to push the Dr. I was told the Dr literally told the medical insurance the cysts were considered a risk to his health because he plays BASEBALL. As before she said insurance would consider it to be cosmetic, and wouldn't cover his cysts removal. And I thank GOD, they were removed, because as you see, they in fact were NOT non-cancerous cysts. In fact, it was a lymph node with a Very Cancerous Tumor growing on it. Thank You Baseball. Thank you for saving my son's life, literally. You know how the saying goes "the love of my life, saved my life." And for Aiden, when he grows up and says "the love of my life, saved my life." it's the God honest truth. Thank You for all your Prayers, Love , & Support #childhoodCancerAwareness #ChildhoodCancer #lymphoma #strikeoutcancer #rally #houstontx #aidensallstars #godisgood #blessed #baseball #astros #love #vincristine #chemo #survivor #anxiety #baseballmom #brave #courage #therapy #baseballhat #powerful #cantstopme #texaschildrens #superstrong
