"Please don't go to these businesses and complain about changes that were forced upon them due to lost revenue, lost employees, new policies and protocols." "They don't have the same business they had 2 months ago. They're doing everything they can to adapt to the situation. "But everything is different for them - as a customer, you'll likely never understand behind the scenes. Be kind. Be compassionate. Have patience. They're still trying to recover from battle number one and their next battle of rebuilding has just begun."

As I place a take-out/pick-up food order, and Amazon brings me an order I placed yesterday, my thanks to all the people who are working, taking care of me and the world as I know it. I won't cite the too numerous occupations. Some are actually saving lives. While others aren't actually saving lives, we like to think they are life-saving in our own piece of the world. My thanks go out to all of those working, even at home, keeping the ball rolling.... I do expect to reopen.

Due to PA efforts to mitigate the COVID-19 virus, the temporary closure of my office will extend at least through the end of April. I thank you for your patience.

Per the recent request announced by PA Governor Wolf, I will be temporarily closed at least the next 2 weeks. I hope by businesses following such requests and with everyone doing their part we can, sooner than later, turn a corner on the spread of COVID19. Thank you for your help and stay healthy.

Coronavirus COVID-19 Update I have to take a common cold very seriously, whether I have it or a client comes in with it. If I get it, I am out of business until I am well as I do not want to spread it to customers. I appreciate when customers who have just a cold cancel their appointment so as not to bring that cold into my office. The current situation with the seriousness of the Coronavirus prompts me to explain my standard office hygiene practices, which I have done before... Coronavirus concerns. For every massage I wash my hands - - before putting clean linens on my table - before putting a clean face-cradle cover on - right before each massage - right after each massage - after removing linens/cradle-cover from my table - after cleaning face cradle with disinfectant post-massage New office hygiene efforts will now include cleaning doorknobs, bathroom fixtures and the counter-top-surface areas with disinfectant before each appointment. I take great care to provide a healthy space for my clients. I did this before the Coronavirus pandemic, and I will continue to do it once we have put that behind us. I do ask that clients or potential clients do their part and stay home if you are ill. Please just call me to cancel your appointment. My other clients and I thank you for that.
