We mourn the loss of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg and pray her words are honored.
Huge news! The ballot certification process can proceed and ballots can begun to be mailed out to voters. Also, three other wins: Dropboxes approved, ballots postmarked by Nov. 3rd can arrive by Nov. 6th, and poll workers must come from the county where they reside.

Thanks to the Delco Times for covering Concord's bewildering decision not to allow a mail in ballot drop off box. Press coverage of Concord Council's decision not to allow a secure mail-in ballot drop off box anywhere in the township... https://chaddsfordlive.com//08/ballot-controversy-in-conc/
We just received word that Concord Township Council has decided to take a page from the Trump playbook and NOT allow a drop box for mail-in votes to be placed at any polling station in Concord. As you'd expect from Concord's opaque government, this decision was made behind closed doors and not in a public forum like the monthly township meeting. We can't say we're surprised that they would oppose a commonsense measure designed to make voting safer in the midst of a pandemic... and in the face of Trump's attack on the United States Postal Service. Concord's monopoly government has a long history of acting against the common good. More info about this can be found here: https://mailchi.mp//event-alert-octoberfest-in-september-4
