In recent months some of our guests are choosing small private parties or classes. This past Saturday, we served a gluten free gnocchi and chicken cacciatore at one such food and wine pairing. Eat, Drink, Learn (and Relax)! As we begin 2021, we continue to bring our wine pairing classes to you both in-person and virtually. Last night, we kicked off the year by heading to Italy with Denis and Mike. Both Denis and Mike have Italian roots and their passion for Italian food and wine is easy to see. We brought the Flavors of Mexico to our customers on Tuesday. Our dinner pack included Roasted Butternut Squash and Queso Empanadas with Charred Tomato Salsa, Chicken or Shrimp in Yellow Mole with Green Beans and Potatoes, Verde Rice with Chorizo and Tomatoes and Warm Corn and Flour Tortillas.
