Cookport Fair

Just look at this watermelon! This boy enjoys growing a garden. He had to weight it and measure it, it was 25.2 lbs and 16 inches long! He was disappointed that he couldn’t take it to the fair this year. At least we got to enjoy it, It’s delicious!

The Cookport Power Pulls return in 2020 to eastern Indiana County with a complete USA-EAST sanctioned program of seven high-powered pulling classes: Limited Pro/Super Farm Tractors Super Street GAS 4x4 Trucks Street Semi Trucks (Hot and Cool divisions) 4500 lb. Modified 4x4 Trucks... Triple Crowne GAS 4x4 Trucks Triple Crowne DIESEL 4x4 Trucks All classes are Open to the World for participants Food concession will be: Cookport Fair will have hamburgers, hot dogs, nachos, fries & ice cream/shakes Stromboliland Coy’s Sausage Simply the Best kettle corn. Commadore Fire Dept will do a 50/50 Ticket prices: $12 General Admission $8 for Students (7 to 12 years old) Free 6 years and under $20 Pit Pass (separate gate than general admission) We are encouraging all fans to bring exact change with them to limit contact at the ticket booths. Pits open at 3pm. General admission at 4pm. Pulling starts at 6:30. We are taking every precautionary measure to ensure a safe environment for fans, participates and our volunteers. If you are displaying symptoms of COVID-19 and/or are not feeling well, we ask that you please stay home and not attend. We encourage all fans to wear a mask, social distance, and follow CDC guidelines. Social Distancing will be enforced for safety and a COVID-19 waiver form will be required of all persons attending this super event. Print them at the link below.
